These Terms of Service govern your use of the AutoMajesty website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AutoMajesty provides a platform for browsing, importing, and purchasing vehicles. We facilitate vehicle sourcing from Japan, cost calculation, and secure agreement signing. We are a broker and logistics coordinator, not a financial institution.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations

4. Import Cost Estimates

Import cost estimates provided through our platform are based on current duty rates, tax regulations, and exchange rates. These estimates are for informational purposes and may vary at the time of actual importation. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee final costs.

5. Agreements & Signatures

Agreements signed via our QR + OTP system are legally binding electronic signatures under applicable law. Once signed, both parties are bound by the terms of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoMajesty LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
